Gingham and vintage sweaters

I have to say, the Mia skirt is the best skirt I have ever owned. It is so flattering and made of beautiful material. I own it in the navy gingham and sea shell print. This is going to be my go to summer skirt. It is made of a lovely light fabric. It comes with a matching belt which clinches in your waist. Oh, it also has POCKETS! If a skirt/dress has pockets, it is instantly amazing. I matched it with this vintage blue sweater.
Because the fabric is a bit of stretch to it, it means that the skirt is so comfortable to wear. I ordered a size 12 and it fits perfectly. It runs true to the size chart.

Collectif Clothing Freddie Knitted Top Review

I'm back, finally. After weeks of terrible weather, meaning I couldn't do any outfit posts outside, and migraines almost ever weekend, I am now back posting. This weekend was the best weather we have had in about a month. So glad it's almost spring (i'm counting down the days). 

Last month (or so) Collectif did a 50% off everything sale. Due to the NZD being so bad at the moment, I couldn't really afford to buy very much, but I did pick up a few things I had been eyeing up. Over the next few weeks I will be featuring the rest of the items. 

I got a lovely little Freddie Knitted top in Ivory. In a way it was a bad idea as now I want it in every color (it's basically made in every coloured you'd ever want!) The Freddie top is a lovely stretchy soft material, so it runs true to size. I ordered mine in a size 12, and it fits perfectly. This top is going to be a staple spring/summer piece as it goes with everything.

It has adorable little pearl buttons in the front , and cute little peter pan collar.  The floral design on the top is really lovely. This is a top that every pin up/vintage lover needs.
